Review

Lost City of Z is a hidden object game in which your main goal is to find your sister who has gone missing in the jungle. Throughout the game, you will visit different locations searching for clues, while playing hidden object games. All the locations as well as the objects are very attractive and detailed, featuring wonderful landscapes with animals, ruins, and plants. The objects are very well camouflaged with the background and some of them are extremely small that makes them very difficult to find. Fortunately, you can use your GPS, which provides you with the silhouette of the objects you cannot find. What is more, there are certain objects that can be picked up and used later.
The scenarios have lots of background jungle noises which contribute to creating a credible atmosphere, but which also turn to be a little bit annoying after some time. An original twist of the game is the photography feature that allows you to take fantastic pictures of all your journey and add them to your photo album along with important information on the animals. The most enjoyable for me in this game was trying to capture some difficult-to-spot animals. I personally loved this feature.
All in all, Lost City of Z is a wonderful game for those who love exploring nature. It also can be viewed as an educational game, since you definitely learn a lot about the jungle.
